小肥羊銀座店。
火鍋といえば天香回味だが本場中国ではこちら小肥羊が圧倒的に知名度がある。羊のマスコットキャラクターの看板があちこちで見られる。日本でもかなりその名を知られるようになった。
赤いスープと白いスープの２色鍋。
スープには唐辛子、生姜、当帰、クミン、などの漢方が含まれている。白は白湯スープでクミンの香りとなめらかな喉越しで癒やされる。赤はスパイシー、唐辛子、花椒の辛さが引き立ち病みつきになる。白と赤2対1の配合が一番好みの味付けになる。
3890円の一番お値打ちなコースで充分満足出来る。
飲んべえさんと行く場合は飲み放題コースにしておくべき。この日は調子に乗り、きのこと野菜のオプションとワイン、サワーを何杯か頼んだら@8000円になってしまった（汗）。
