小肥羊＠銀座にて、大鍋（白湯と麻辣スープの2種類）
小肥羊ご存知1999年開業の中国最大の火鍋チェーン店。忘年会に銀座周辺で火鍋を食べたいというリクエストに応えて予約訪問。最近では東京都内はかなりの火鍋激戦区となり選択肢も多いので久しぶりの訪問。オーダーはタブレット式、調味料は自分でカスタムはできないオーダー方式。上野や池袋のガチ火鍋とは一線を画し、店内は清潔感があって火鍋も日本人の舌にチューニングされた辛さなので接待向けでも安心して使える。さすが小肥羊だ。
