This is my 4th visit, and I can't help but feel a bit lonely due to the coronavirus pandemic, but I'm really looking forward to it as the staff warmly welcomed me. Appetizers come in a variety of flavors, including cold soup, boiled chicken with citrus fruit, and beef stew, and wine is also available. For vegetable salads, the sourness of the lemon-flavored dressing goes well with the sweet fruit tomatoes. The spiny lobsters still have a luxurious feel! The sautéed Saddleback pork from Kagoshima was very soft and delicious, but I also heard an explanation of Saddleback, but it was intoxicating and I don't remember much about it. There aren't any leftovers (lol) The shiitake mushrooms and asparagus in the grilled vegetables were very nice and delicious, and the bean sprouts stir-fried on an iron plate are naturally crunchy, but it's completely different from the stir-fried bean sprouts you make at home. For the meat, I shared the sirloin and fillet with my companion, and enjoyed the fried garlic with a variety of flavors including powdered salt, pink rock salt, yuzu pepper, wasabi, and soy sauce. I ordered garlic rice, and as I had explained in advance, it had a refreshing flavor and was stir-fried with eggs like fried rice, so it had a nice, different feel to it. All the dishes were delicious, and the chef's explanations of the dishes and conversation were accurate and friendly, making it an enjoyable meal. I would appreciate it if you could visit me again in the near future.
