外堀通り沿い能楽堂ビル3Fにある御膳房グループのカジュアル四川料理店です。ビル1Fのエントランスにはメニューなどの案内が一切ないので客層は近隣に勤める方がメインで旅行者やインバウンダーはほぼいません。注文は自分のスマホから行います。
鮮魚の四川香辛料煮はタラ的な白身魚の切り身をフリッターにしたものを辣油と赤椒主体の辛ダレで煮込んだ辛旨料理です。切り身はタップリ入っています。モヤシも入っていますので、柔らかい鮮魚の食感に対しシャキシャキ感があるのでアクセントになります。
かなり発汗しましたが、デザートの杏仁豆腐や卓上にはデカンタに入ったお茶がありますので発汗の沈静化にありがたかったです。
