叙々苑ランチなんて大学生以来です。
大学時代に最寄りで使っていた本厚木駅にも叙々苑があって。
運動部感丸出しのジャージで友人と行ってたなあ。
場所が一気にレベルアップし、GINZAで叙々っちゃいました。
注文は焼肉サービスランチ。
肉、ライス、ナムル、キムチ、わかめスープ、サラダ。
肉はタレか塩が選べて、タレに。
あとドリンクと食後のデザート付き。
肉は恐らくカルビ。
尊敬する肉の大先輩にも確認したから大丈夫だと思う。
強い火力で一気に火を通し、あとは焼くべし、食うべし、食うべし。
味の濃いめのタレと質の良い肉が合わないわけないです。
オンザライスで幸せのコンボだドン。
肉も美味しかったし、この日のMVPはサラダ。
シャキシャキの野菜に合わせる叙々苑のドレッシング。
ごま油が程よく香る、間違いなくみんな大好きな安定の味の上品バージョンです。
ご飯とナムルを合わせてビビンバ丼にしたり、肉だけでなく海老もあったり。
食後にはホワイトチョコがコーティングされた可愛らしいアイスも。
上質な空間に贅沢なお食事に大満足です。
