食べログで高評価のお店は本当に美味しいのか、実際に行ってみました。
【はじめに】
家族の誕生日祝いで利用したため、少し贔屓目の内容です。
【入店まで】
平日の12:00に予約して伺いました。
【店内】
カウンターとテーブル席で20席ほど。薄暗く隠れ家のような感じの内装。
シェフやスタッフの方はとてもカジュアルな接客で、とても心地よかったです。
【注文】
リヨン料理コース: 3,700円
前菜: ブーダンノワール
主菜: バヴェットのソテ エシャロットソース
デザート: アイスの盛り合わせ (紅茶 & パンデピス)
カキの5分間スモーク トマト水のジュレ: 660円
【見た目・味】
ブーダンノワールは豚の血のソーセージ。レバーっぽい感じで、個人的には合わなかったです。
主菜のお肉は完璧な焼き具合と弾力さが交わって絶品です。少し衝撃を受けました。
デザートのパンデピスは、スパイスを使ったフランスの焼き菓子とのこと。
私は大好きな味だけど、評価は分かれそう。紅茶の方は濃厚でとても美味しかったです。
【総評】
もう何年振りかの本格フレンチは、素晴らしい体験で最後まで楽しく頂けました。
誕生日ということで、巨大なデザートプレートも頂けて家族も大喜びです。
