ランチにこちらのお店に訪問。
事前にコースで予約しておりました。
前菜と主菜、デザートを丁寧にご説明いただいた後に選択。
前菜は"貧乏人のフォワグラ"のパテ、主菜はバヴェットのソテ、デザートはサヴァランにしました。
前菜はとても濃厚で、おすすめいただいた白ワインによく合います。
また、先にいただいていたバケットと一緒にいただいてもとても美味しかったです。
主菜のお肉料理は赤ワインといただきました。
赤身のお肉なので肉々しさをしっかり感じながらも柔らかく、ソースにもしっかり合うので、美味しいお肉をいただいているという満足感を得ることができました。
付け合わせのジャガイモもバターの風味をしっかり感じ、美味しかったです。
量も多いため、大満足です。
最後にいただいたデザートは、ラム酒が効いておりますが、上に乗っているクリームが程よく味をマイルドにしてくれます。こちらもとても美味しかったです。
地下で席数もあまりないことから、銀座の喧騒から離れた落ち着いた雰囲気で、ゆっくり美味しいフレンチをいただけるお店でした。
