築地で寿司〜！日曜日、連れが予約してくれました。時間通りに行くと満席。土日の混み具合は変わらずですね。
4人だったんでカウンターではなく奥のテーブル席。
生ウニ入りの6500円の特上ランチ（10かん＋手巻き）。嬉しいことに赤酢のシャリ。

どれも江戸前じゃないけど絶品です。ひとつひとつ丁寧に仕事をしてくれていて、シャリの粒立ちとほんのりした赤酢の甘味のバランスが最高です。
これ10分ほど歩いた銀座で食べたら倍以上のお値段確実だと思います。
難点は大将お一人で握ってますので、前半はかなり間が空きました^^;先客帰り始めてからの巻き返しは素晴らしい笑
※一名貝がダメでサビ抜きだったんで、写真のバランスわるいです^^;
