銀座七丁目あづま通り沿い地下１階へ初訪問です。
ポニッツクーポン利用にて、土曜日の17時オープン過ぎ1番客での訪問です。
店内カウンター席のバーエリアと素敵なステンドグラス裏にあるテーブル席
、ダイニングエリアの2部構成、どちらも落ち着いた良い雰囲気があります。
つまみは9月のおすすめメニューにあったアナゴのフリット
、レモンを絞って塩で頂きました。
パスタは自家製サルシッシャのトマトソース、自家製ソーセージ（サルシッシャ）でつくる
ニンニク効いたトマトソースに細めのパスタ、茹で加減絶妙で本当に美味しい。
飲み物は・・・
1杯目：ジンソニック、タンカレーとビクトリアン・バットの2種類のジンでつくってくれました。
2杯目：スプリングバンク10年トワイスアップ、キャベルタウンのシングルモルト。
3杯目：ラフロイグ10年トワイスアップ。
4杯目：フレッシュザクロのジャックローズ、これは先週アイラ島に行かれた支配人が
丁寧につくってくれた〆の一杯。
なんだかんだ2時間ほど滞在してしまいましたが、支配人、他のスタッフの接客が素晴らしく
気がつけば、クーポン価格以上の支払いとなりました。
帰りは支配人が１階の通りまでお見送り、クーポン客にもしっかり名刺を渡してくれる。
出来るお店はこの辺が違います。
