銀座街バルにて3軒目。
並木通りのヴィトンの近くの地下のお店。
幾度となく通っているのに、ここにバーがある事に気がついて無かったよ。
注文したのは
◆和牛ローストビーフ
◆燻製盛り合わせ
しっとりと照明を落としたムーディーな雰囲気。
カウンターだけ見るとオーセンティックだけど、
テーブル席もそこそこあって。
しかも仕切れる半個室もある面白い作り。
3店周った中では、ここのフードがピカイチだった。
特にローストビーフが絶品！
脂の入り具合が良くってね。
舌の上に「ひたっ」と吸い付いたと思ったら、
口の中からふわりと消えて。
そして後に残る香りの良さよ。
ジントニックと合わせたけど、コレはいつもよりちょっと良いモルトを合わせたくなっちゃうヤツだ。
燻製も良かったな〜
ここの料理人は、きっとお酒が好きな人なんじゃないだろうか。
単体で食べても勿論美味しいんだけど、
お酒と合わせたほうが良さが活きる。
一般的にフードもワインもハードリカーも全部チカラ入れてますってゆーいわゆるダイニングバーって、
なかなか特色が出しづらいし中途半端になりがち。
あんまし魅力を感じないから、ひとり飲みの時には行かないんだけど。
ここにはひとりで来ても良いな。
次来る時は、カウンター。
