This is also a restaurant I've been meaning to visit for a long time but haven't been able to BM, but I found out about it's 10th anniversary on Instagram, so this was the perfect timing! So I made a reservation and visited. Here's what we ordered: Corn mousse, raw sea urchin, and salmon roe ¥1,200 x 2 Lobster and Miyazaki mango ceviche ¥2,600 Foie gras terrine ¥1,600 Ezo abalone and Morokheiya fruit tomato cold cappellini ¥1,800 A toast with champagne. Piper Ed Chic! I like this. lucky. After that, the pairing is completely selection to the staff. A refreshing French white that goes well with the corn mousse and ceviche, noble rot wine for the foie gras terrine, and a gin and tonic made with Organic Food gin for the abalone cappellini. I grinned when I saw the gin and tonic at the end. I like wine, but since I came to the bar, I wanted to drink a cocktail. Engine is an Organic Food gin in a can, isn't this can cute? Well, recently I only drank gin soda instead of gin and tonic, so when I drank gin and tonic for the first time in a while, I was a little surprised at how sweet it was lol Well, you can drink anything! Is it my fault for saying such a boastful thing? I think this restaurant was opened about a year ago. When I ate at its sister restaurant, Bistro Hamaif, the person who served me was a person who usually works at this restaurant. Even though it's Bistro, the staff don't just pair wine with food, they also suggest pairings with cocktails, which really clicked with me. LOL This time too, I was able to enjoy the drinks completely up to you! However, even though it is a bar where you can eat, it is still a bar after all, and it is a hearty meal! Isn't it a bit unsatisfactory? Is it appropriate to use after-party and third parties? However, this time it was the anniversary! ? Although we had made a reservation at 5:30 pm, the place was almost full by 6:00 pm! ? It was so crowded. Next time I'd like to have a drink at the counter. I will go again! Thank you for the meal~
