大将お任せコースをいただきました。
全てが美味しく、ボリュームも充分でした。
赤酢のシャリとしっかり仕事のしてあるネタ
鮨コースになっているし、個室がアレンジできるので、接待に好都合。
いかにも銀座らしさが香る店。ばらちらし注文。炊き込みご飯に細かく切られたネタ、宝石のような見た目に「本物感」を感じた。普通の寿司も食べてみたくなった。
上バラちらしを注文し、前評判通り美味でした。今度は夕食に行こうかな。
