運が良ければ食べられるランチ。
いつも、貸切だったり、いっぱいだったり。
でも、一回食べてみたいなーと思ったら今日叶いました。カウンターで広々と仕込みを横目で眺めつつ幸せです。
ご飯は量を選べます。私は少なめを選択。
小鉢が三品とアオサの汁椀がつきます。
味は上品で普通かな。
ただ、バラチラシは違いました。
まず、見た目が大変美しいです！
そして見た目だけでなく、食べすすめてびっくり！
ご飯と具が下まで全部混ざっていて、ご飯はさっぱりしていて、貝やキュウリの食感が楽しめて最高でした。
すっごい丁寧で信頼できるお仕事だと思います。
いくらも良い仕事してました。
あがりもきれてないか等声かけもマメで的確でしたし、気持ちの良い接客で良かったです。
