銀座方面ランチ探訪。晴海通りの歌舞伎座がある所
の対面の木挽町通りの地下１階にあります。
ばらチラシ１６００円を頂きました。
お店の趣はとても優雅です。難点は人気店なので
ふらっとお店に入って座れる可能性が極めて低いです。
お昼のランチも予約ができるので、前もって予約
して行くのが良きかと。
カウンターに通していただきました(^^♪。
お寿司のネタ表には魚種別と産地名のみで
価格は記載されておりません。でも安心！
事前にばらチラシ（並）と既に伝えてあるので
配膳されるのを待つのみ！
暫くして、副菜が到着です。加賀太胡瓜の煮物
モズク酢 おろし生姜で。香の物と自家製のがり。
直ぐにメインのばらチラシ！！鮨の宝石箱(^^♪
的なとても美しい丼です。非常に細かい細工切
で、鮪・蛸・いくら・白身・穴子・胡瓜・たまご
などを宝石箱のようにきれいに整ってます。
口当たりも、小さく切り揃っているので、おいしく
いろんな味がまじりあって良き。
副菜もお出しが利いていてとてもおだやかな箸休め
あっと言うう間に完食です。
落ち着いた空間なので、心も落ち着く感じです。
