This is a sister restaurant of Hyoutou Kyoto. We have recreated the inner sanctum of Kyoto in Ginza. All seats are completely private. We are certified as a "No-Crowd Restaurants" so you can use it with peace of mind. We will provide you with hospitality for meetings, first meals, celebrations and happy occasions. 賑やかな雰囲気でお鍋をつつくのもいいけど、
ゆったり個室があるお店が私にはベター☆
こちらのお店は全室個室。
お店に入ると、まずは靴を脱いで畳敷きの廊下をお部屋まで進んで行きます。
畳の個室は掘りごたつ式で、かなり寛げる〜！
銀座の立地にして3500円〜コースがあるという驚きの価格帯ですが、
神戸牛と京都ポークの両方をしゃぶしゃぶでいただけるコースに

自家製の胡麻豆腐は弾力が力強く、プリンプリン。お出汁の味わいがとても優しく、スタートにぴったり。

秋らしい彩りの良いアレンジ。
しっとりとした鰹、小気味好い食感の海松貝、ねっとりとした墨烏賊。
それぞれの味わいを堪能出入り出来る内容。

甘味を上品な京都ポークと、しっとりと溶ける神戸牛が美味し〜♪
お替わりOKの刻まれたネギが用意されているので、ネギもたっぷりと入れましたが、
更に甘みが増しますね。
一人一箱でお肉が入ってるのが嬉しい！
自分のペースで加減も調整出来るから、マイペースに楽しめる！

すごく水々しい！
トゥルントした食感と甘あ控えめな餡が上品。
お肉の質が良く、甘めの出汁との組み合わせが絶品でした。
サービスも丁寧で、心地良い夜の時間を過ごすことが出来ました。
