This is a sister restaurant of Hyoutou Kyoto. We have recreated the inner sanctum of Kyoto in Ginza. All seats are completely private. We are certified as a "No-Crowd Restaurants" so you can use it with peace of mind. We will provide you with hospitality for meetings, first meals, celebrations and happy occasions. 掘り座敷完全個室で、接待にる最適
2人の接待は若干緊張しますが…笑
多少他の部屋の音は聞こえてくるが、
そこまで気にならない。
対応はとても丁寧で、お料理の説明もわかりやすくしてくれる。
節分近いからと、お豆も持ってきてくれた〜
とても嬉しい心遣い(^^)

濃厚なゴマ豆腐
粒感の大きいウニ
どちらも濃すぎずに両方楽しめる。
2）凌ぎ
鯖寿司
昆布で巻いたもっちりな鯖寿司
酢がきつくない、もどり味はあっさり
3）造り
ポンカンを器にして
マグロ、さくら鯛、寒ブリ
白身もしっとりとした歯ざわり〜
今年のぶりは油があんまり乗ってないけど、このぶり美味しすぎた♡
4）出汁しゃぶ
近江牛のサーロイン
お野菜一式、つけ出汁、ネギ
油が甘いと言われる、日本三大和牛
神戸→松坂→近江
出汁で食べるしゃぶしゃぶって
とてもあっさりしてて、お上品
昆布カツオをこだわってできた出汁に
たっぷりとネギをつけこみ〜
それをお肉で巻いて、
ゆず唐辛子ちょん〜
余分の油が落ちて、なんって軽やかなんだ〜

ズワイカニ 菜の花 大根
土佐酢ゼリーで味をとじこむ
6）食事 生蕎麦
お鍋にアクが驚くほど少ないww
そこに生蕎麦を入れ、砂時計が落ちるのを待つ
もちもちとした、喉こし感のすくないそば
