This is a sister restaurant of Hyoutou Kyoto. We have recreated the inner sanctum of Kyoto in Ginza. All seats are completely private. We are certified as a "No-Crowd Restaurants" so you can use it with peace of mind. We will provide you with hospitality for meetings, first meals, celebrations and happy occasions. Please use it for meals with close friends and family, and important dinner parties. Paypay and Alipay are accepted. |
■About the restaurant A kaiseki restaurant in Kyoto. It has a modern atmosphere and was founded about 15 years ago. It opened in Tokyo about 7 years ago. ■Time of visit Saturday 7pm ■Order Comparison of Omi beef and carefully selected pork Dashi shabu-shabu About 10,000 yen per person ■Taste Appetizer Shrimp pressed Sushi and gluten topped with sea urchin and salmon roe were served. It's not a high-end restaurant, but a proper kaiseki restaurant's Japanese-style meal. Side dish Abalone was served (^^) It goes well with sake. Sashimi I think it was called seared yellowtail, and the sea bream was squeezed with kabosu. Hot pot A pot of basket and gino. The IH heat is quite strong, which is good. The meat is in a tiered box. It's a little thinly sliced, but the volume is just right. Delicious meat that falls apart easily. The fat is also elegant. It seems that you can add more ingredients to the hot pot if you pay. Soba The final dish is raw soba! It's luxurious. Put it in the pot for 3 minutes, take it out immediately, and eat it with the soup stock. It has a great flavor! Fresh soba is really good after all. ■Atmosphere and interior All seats are private, in a Japanese-style room with tatami mats. The rooms were clean and not damaged. It's good for entertaining. The rooms are not cramped and there is plenty of space. The floor chairs had thick cushions. ■Customer service The manager served us. It's unbearable that the number of customers has dropped dramatically due to the effects of COVID-19. It's not very well known, so I hope it becomes more well-known (^^) There was plenty of chopped green onions and spicy yuzu pepper on the table. You can eat endlessly with just the broth, green onions, and yuzu pepper (lol). You can have more broth and green onions.
