高級銀座焼肉店『うしごろ』さん、予約の関係上16時半に訪問。
緊急事態宣言中ですが、アルコールも提供しているとのことで嬉しい。
極みコース予約してくれていたみたいです。
お肉は全部店員さんが焼いてくれます、まさに至れり尽くせり。
生ビールでかんぱーい、最高です。
前菜からもううまい。
季節のユッケはエビが乗っているようで、旨味が半端ではない。
霜降りと赤身を選べるとのことなので迷わず霜降りを選択。
まずはタン、ハラミなどをいただき、
シャトーブリアンのカツレツ、
サーロイン、霜降りなどが次々と登場。
どれも一口サイズで高級感満載。
大皿にドン、ではなく一枚ずつ丁寧に焼いていただけるのが
The 銀座といったところか。
こういう焼肉もたまにはいいね。記念日しか来られないけど。
締めのカレー、デザートまでしっかり楽しみました！
1品1品は少ないけどその分品数が多いのでお腹いっぱいになります。
