銀座グラッセ10階にあるお店。ランチタイムに1名で来店しました。すぐに2名掛けの少し広いテーブル席にご案内いただきました。
入ってから気がついたのですが、メインを頼むと惣菜・サラダ・デザート・ドリンクバーが楽しめるビュッフェがついてます。お惣菜もカウンター越しのキッチンで作りたてを提供してくれています。
さて本日のオーダーは、羅豚の蒸籠蒸し御膳、1,500円。十勝産の豚はロースかバラ、もしくはハーフ&ハーフの3種類からチョイスできます。私はハーフ&ハーフにして2種のお肉にしました。たっぷり野菜の上に並べられたお肉は、しっとりして柔らか。ポン酢は少々味濃いめなので、ちょっとだけつけたほうがいいかも。メインだけどもお腹いっぱいになるほど量がたっぷり。先にサラダとかお惣菜を欲張りすぎると食べきれなくなるので、気をつけて。
お店の方もサービス良くて、空いてるお皿をすぐに下げてくれます。夜は夜景も見えるかな？
今度は夜にきて、しゃぶしゃぶを食べたい。おいしかったです。ごちそうさまでした！
