1999年創業の一頭買い焼肉屋。
ジョアン・ジルベルトが流れ、ゆったりとした雰囲気。
●とろける飲めるタンランチ（1,300）
ライス（大中小から選べてお替わり自由）、玉子スープ、もやしナムル、サラダ。
初めてですか、と訊かれてそう答えると、一枚目は焼いてくれた。
一枚目というか、細切りにしたタンの集合体をさっと。赤みが残っているが大丈夫らしい。
下味が付いており、これがまた旨い。
レモンダレも薦められたが、さらにまた旨い。
なにこれ、初めて。
おれの知っているタンと違う。よろめいた。
タンの概念を上書き保存していまい、後悔。
別名保存しておけばよかった。もう戻れない。
ここから先は想像でしかないが、一頭買いしているということは、タンの肉塊を掃除した際にどうしても端材が出る。
赤くても食べられるのは、それを低温調理しているのかな、と。
自分で焼く生ハンバーグや、和牛ホルモンも気になるところ。きっと旨いはず。
