こちらのお店飲めるタンランチがあると言う事で今日祝日に11時30分に行って来ました。1人目のお客さん
4人席にご案内。29日でお安くなった肉セットがありましたが、お肉単品と言う事で、飲めるタンランチをオーダー
程なくランチセットをトレーで提供
以前の書き込みには、初めだけ
店員さんが焼いてくれると書いてあるましたが、今日は焼き方のレシピを提示
牛タンはユッケのように細切れ
一気に焼くとライスとのバランスが
悪くなるので、4回位に分けて焼きます
さすがに飲めませんが、初めての食感
レモン汁に付けて食べるとタンの旨みにレモンが調和され、ご飯が進みます。
肉肉しいハンバーグのような感じかな。
ご飯のお代わり(無料)をして完食
大変美味しく頂きました。
