今日のランチは、久々にパスタを頂きたいなぁと思い
あれこれ検索。
「できれば新規開拓したいなぁ」と会社近くを重点的に
調べていたら、見つかったのがこちら。
何やら、ランチパスタセットは盛りだくさんの内容みたい。
早速、お邪魔してみました。
①お店の外観、雰囲気、インテリアなど
コリドー街のすぐ近く。雑居ビルの2階にあり、階段も
小さいので、路上に出ているランチ看板と紺色の店看板を
目印に向かうのがいいと思います。
店内はテーブル席のみですが、2人掛けテーブルもあり、
お1人様でも気兼ねなく入店できると思います。
こじんまりとしたお店ですが、明るく清潔感もあり
女性客に人気なのが頷けます。
②お料理について
ランチのパスタセットは「季節野菜のスムージー、
前菜3種盛合せ、サラダ、パスタ（選択制）、プチデザート
ドリンク」が付いて900円！これはリーズナブルですね。
パスタは、オイル、クリーム、トマトクリーム、そして
リゾットから、1種類選べます。
トマトクリームをお願いすると、ブロッコリーではなく
ズッキーニになりますとの説明がありましたが、特に
気になる点ではなかったので、そのままオーダーしました。
ちなみに、ドリンクはソフトドリンクだけでなく、ワインや
ビールも選べます！これは嬉しいな～。
暫くすると、スムージーと前菜、サラダが供されます。
スムージーは小松菜とリンゴを使ったもので、飲みやすく
爽やかな味わいです。
サラダは、レタス、ルッコラなど。シャキッとしていて、
シンプルなドレッシングとの相性も良いです。
前菜は、ズッキーニのグリル、カポナータ、チキンのマリネ。
どれも、丁寧に作られていて、塩加減も悪くない。
思わず、白ワインが欲しくなります。が、我慢ですなぁ。
パスタは、熱々たっぷり。トマトソースは、やや酸味があり
フレッシュな印象ですが、ハーブを使ったサワークリームが
コクをプラスしていて、バランスがいいですね。
そして、ランチでありながら、ちゃんとリングイネを
使っているのも、好感が持てます。
最後にコーヒーと小さなチョコレートケーキも頂いて、
お腹一杯。ボリュームも十分ありました。
③スタッフの接客について
ホールは男性2名で切り盛りされていました。
挨拶、席への誘導等、基本的な部分は問題なかったですし
お料理の説明も丁寧でした。
最後は、ドアを開けてお見送りしてくれましたよ。
④CPについて
銀座という立地ですし、900円でこの内容でしたら、
CPはとても良いと思います。
お店の雰囲気も悪くなかったですしね。
⑤その他、気付いたことなど
パスタの内容は週替わりのようです。次回はオイル系を
頂いてみようかな。
