国産小麦のパンで有名な「BREAD STORY（ブレッドストーリー）」。松屋銀座に2014年にオープンした、アンデルセンが展開するブランドです。白を基調とした店舗は明るく、開放的な雰囲気。工房も併設され、いつ訪れても焼き立ての香りが迎えてくれます。ブレッドストーリーのコンセプトは“日本の風土にあった、日本ならではのパン”。棚には北海道産キタノカオリや三重県産もち小麦などを用いたパンがズラリと並びます。
【国産小麦のツナロール】¥281
松屋銀座限定商品のツナロールは、北海道産小麦粉を使用したモチモチ生地でツナフィリングを包みこんで焼き上げており、マヨネーズがアクセントになっています。
【ビスケットドーナツ】¥249
卵やバターを加えたドーナツ生地を揚げており、外はカリッと中はしっとり。シンプルな味わいながら後を引く美味しさです。
