雨が降り寒い日だったので、並ぶの覚悟ではじめて訪ねました！
12:00過ぎに着いたら、先客２名1組が並ばれていました。並ぶ時は、お店のある2階から1階にかけて並ぶ必要がありますのと、入店するにあたり注意点(写真確認ください)があるのでご注意ください！
並んでいるとメニューを持って来ていただけ、ある程度すると先に注文をうけてくれます。
15分くらい待つと入店できました！
注文するタイミングによると思いますが、座ってから数分後で注文した京うどんのセットが運ばれてきました！
京うどんセット
・京うどん (甘く煮たお揚げと九条ネギ、甘く煮てないやつもあります)
・サラダ
・小鉢
・ミニご飯 (しらす山椒はおかかを選べ、私はしらすにしました)
関東は出汁が濃ゆいイメージでしたが、こんな透き通った出汁、コシのあるうどんに驚きました！
お揚げは甘いのですが、出汁がスッキリしてお互いを邪魔しなく、九条ネギがある事が更に出汁の素晴らしさが強調されます！
他にもいろんなうどんのメニューが季節限定などであるようですが、京うどんに勝るものがあるか？違うメニューを頼む勇気があるかは………
