記念日ランチで利用した。
東銀座のとあるビル6階にある数席しかない小さなお店だけど、平日のお昼は銀座のマダムたちでなんと満席状態。携帯が電池切れの状態で店に預かって充電してもらっていたので、料理の写真は一部しかアップできなくご容赦ください…
★パプリカとブラッドオレンジのズッパ モッツァレラを添えて
滑らかなムースの食感。
前菜的な位置付けだけど、コースの中で一番お気に入りのイノベーティブクイジーンとなった。
★シマアジとズッキーニのマリネ サルサヴェルデ
見た目も美しく、さっぱりしたカルパッチョ。
★桜エビと枝豆のオイルソース スパゲッティ
桜エビの香りが存分に引き出されており、枝豆と併せて☘️春の息を先取りした逸品。
★沖縄県産ローストポークのグリーリア プッタネスカソース
ソースの味がかなり淡白で物足りない感が強い。ローストポークも癖はないけどややパサつき感あり。
メインなので期待値高かったけど、少し残念な出来上がり。
★きび糖のパンナコッタ イチゴソース
数種のベリーのマリネを添え
丁寧な作りで甘過ぎず、食後にちょうど良いデザート。
