こちらは2015年の7月に東京都の銀座にオープンされたフレンチレストランになります。
フランス料理界を牽引してきたドミニク・ブシェ氏の料理を味わうことができるレストランです。
予約は完全予約制になり1名から受付ています。
営業はランチとディナーともにされています。
アクセスは銀座一丁目駅の6番出口から徒歩5分ほどにある「銀座レンガ通り福神ビル」の2階になります。
店内はパリのアパルトマンをイメージされており落ち着きのある雰囲気で、テーブルが数卓と個室になります。
料理内容は数種類のコースが用意されています。
「ドミニク・ブシェトーキョー」に掲げたテーマは「エリタージュ」
ソースを大切にしながらもバターや油を控えた軽やかなフレンチなので食べやすいです。
接客サービスもとても丁寧で有意義なひとときを過ごすことができました。
フランス料理の伝統を感じることができる素晴らしいレストランだと思います。
