グルマンの中でも、評価の非常に高いこちら
ランチに初訪問させて頂きました
握り、おまかせです
昆布締めのカレイから開始
これが絶妙
そこから続く、マグロ３貫
そして、コハダ、かすご、鯖の棒鮨と
味わいの変化が素晴らしかったですよ
イカ、うに、えび、レア感のある煮ハマも美味しかったです
大将は一見、職人さんのオーラがもの凄いのですが、
話すととても優しい印象でした
ファッションもお好きな様で、次は是非ゆっくりお話したいな、と思いました
