弾力もあって、塩味がしっかりきいたお酒が進むすみいかでした

まったりとしていて、少しこうばしいさわらです

あぶらののったぶりは、口のなかでとろけて最高でした

赤身の旨味をストレートに感じられる一貫
・中トロ
とろける中トロは美味しすぎる～脂のりも適度で、旨味もぎゅっと詰まってます♡
・大トロ
とろとろで、鮪の旨味がぎゅぎゅぎゅーーーーー!!!脂が美味しい♡
・こはだ
閉め具合が素晴らしい
酢じめの塩味とお酢のバランスが抜群です
・たいらがい
コリコリした食感とつーんと香るわさびがアクセントで、これまた旨味も良く、美味しい
・赤貝
歯応えも良く、貝の甘味とわさびがよくきいていて、見た目も美しい一貫
