銀座駅から徒歩で数分の場所に位置するこちらのお店を利用。
今回は休日の15時ごろに訪れました。
この時点でお店の外には入店を待つお客さんが2組ほど。
ただ、意外にも店内は広く、席数が多いために5分程度の待ち時間で入店することができました。
ちなみに座席間はそこまで離れていませんが、天井がかなり高いため、音がこもりにくく、そこまで騒がしいという印象は受けませんでした。
今回はカステラベースのどら焼き生地を使用したパンケーキを注文。
単品ですと1,500円程度でドリンクのセットにすると2,000円程度と価格は銀座価格といった感じ。
注文からは10分もしないうちに料理が提供されました。
食べてみた感想としては特に味に大満足ながら、量もなかなか。
トッピングのためにメープルシロップ、バター、バニラアイスが添えられており、最後まで味に飽きずに食べることができます。
また、パンケーキ部分もそもそもの生地にしっかりとしたカステラの弾力と甘みが備わっているため、そのまま食べても美味。
加えて濃厚なバニラアイスと合わせると絶妙な味のバランスでとても軽く、なのにしっかりと味を楽しめました。
オーソドックスなパンケーキとは一線を画してはいますが、この味を気に入るであろう人が多いと思われるパンケーキです。
