土日は混んでますが、平日の17時すぎに来店していたので、空いていました。
和風ハンバーグ&デザートセット（ドリンクなし）を頼んで、3時間も滞在してしまいました。
雰囲気もよく、窓際の大きな広い席を用意していただき、接客も完璧✨
お茶や商談をするのは最適です。
夕飯だけ食べたくて、デザートはいらなかったのですが、単品は不可とのこと。
美味しそうで、彩り豊かな、見た目に反して、ハンバーグは硬くて、美味しくないのは非常に残念（ ; ; ）
ごめんなさい、カステラメインの老舗ですが、上も下もない味。
昔カステラは高級品で、ご馳走だったと思いますが、美味しい食事が飽和している中、この味だと今後は、日本人相手には、非常に厳しいです。
味そのものを変えるか、ジャムを中に入れたり、会社として、変革期にきている気がします。
ただ、ターゲットが味に拘りがない方や、お茶のみの利用であれば全然よいと思います。
今回は2,500円だったのですが、3,500円に値上して、ハンバーグの質をあげたり、スープ、サラダ、ドリンクのセットを追加してもいいかもしれません。
色々と言ってしまいましたが、近所に住んでいて、通る度に、いつかは行ってみたかったお店なので、来店できて非常に良かったです。
内装、接客レベルはさすが老舗有名店です。
銀座の一等地の一階で、高賃料、高級店が沢山引き締め合い、継続していくのは大変だと思いますが、
