しばらく前に銀座のメルサにロゴスキーが入っているのを知ってずっと保存していました。
実は、ロゴスキーは日本のロシア料理で1番古いお店？
昔のお店には学生時代に何度か行って、ピロシキやボルシチがその頃はまだ珍しく夢中になって頂いたものでした(〃^ᴗ^；)✨✨あ〜懐かしい思い出✨✨
この日、とうとう念願叶って銀座店を訪問✨
昔の古びれた味のある薄暗いお店も何だか雰囲気があって良かったけど、こちらはビルの8階、銀座の大通りを眺めながらで店内はおしゃれで豪華がなのに温かみもあって素敵な内装です✨✨
そして驚いたことに、ランチメニューのなんてお得で良心的なお値段でしょう？銀座の真ん中でこのようなお料理頂けたら百名店になっても不思議ではありません✨✨(≧∇≦)
頂いたのはビーフストロガノフランチ✨✨
本日の前菜とサラダの盛り合わせはビーツのポテトサラダ、きのこのレモンマリネ、にんじんのサラダ等。最初に出てきてそのボリュームと彩りの美しさと。そして頂いたらどれもたっぷりだけどヘルシーで食べやすく美味しい✨✨
続いて名物、ピロシキ✨こちらは肉ピロシキと野菜ピロシキとゆで卵とひき肉のピロシキから好きなものを選べます。先ずは1番スタンダードな肉ピロシキを。これは70年以上続く伝統の味。熱々で火傷しそうなくらい(⊙⊙)美味しそうな断面も写真撮れば良かったˆˆ;
しっかりお肉に味も着いていて何も付けずそのままが1番美味だと思います✨✨
ピロシキに春雨が入っているのはロゴスキーの創業者が考え出したそうです！
ウクライナ風ボルシチはサワークリームと浅葱がちょっと乗ってアクセントになっています。ロシア料理の中でボルシチはウクライナが発祥なんですね！野菜はトロトロに煮込まれビーツとトマトの真っ赤なスープが美しいく優しい味わい✨✨毎日でも食べられます( ‘-^ )b
そしてメインのビーフストロガノフ マッシュポテト添え✨✨柔らかい牛肉のサワークリーム煮込みのビーフストロガノフは有名なロシア料理でお肉たっぷり。付け合せのマッシュポテトが色は被ってあるのだけど笑、味はとても合っていました。
食後はロシア紅茶かコーヒーでしたがここはもちろんロシア紅茶。こちらはジャム入り(ストロベリー)
の紅茶なので、ティーが甘くて、デザートとドリンクを一緒に味わっているみたい⸜( ˶'ᵕ'˶)⸝✨✨
おしゃべりの弾み大満足のランチタイムでした〜✨✨
