ランチを予約をして訪問しました カウンターでの
鉄板焼スタイルで 前菜が供されると直ぐに牛肉の
四種類の部位がのった大皿を見せてくれました
流石黒毛和牛の触れ込みどおりどの部位も ウン
美味しそう焼はじめはシキンボ、ウチモモ、ソトモモ
最後にカメノコと言う部位に食べススメテお腹もいっぱいになりました
カメノコと言う部位は初めて聴いて⁉️へえーそんな呼び名の部位があることを知り どんなお味がするのかと待っていました どの部位もそれぞれジューシーで旨味
そして良質の牛肉の甘味もあり 厚みのある牛肉は口に
入れて噛むと奥歯の方でお肉で歯が埋まる感じ(笑）
美味しさを噛み締めていました
そのなかで特にカメノコは肉質が柔らかくてジューシーさがあらように感じました
そして私の大好きなガーリックライスに赤出汁と
とても 美味しいランチでした
ご馳走さまでした
お店の雰囲気のことでちょっと気になったことがありました お店はシックな設えで銀座らしいお店なのに
インバウンドのお客様か多く大声て話すしファションまでとやかく言うのはどうかたと思いつつも 短パンにビーサンのお客様 （旅行者といえども日本の銀座の
お店に対して少しは敬意を抱く気持は無いので
しょうか?） 私達日本人の感性では外国に行っても
往く場所により気遣いをしていますよね
愚痴を言ってしまい失礼いたしました
でも せめて大声をお店の方はなんとか注意できな
ものなんでしょうか?
言い忘れましたけどインバウンドの多いことはある意味
喜ばしいことなのですが 昔から日本人は外人さんとか言って妙に外国人に寛容で 彼らは私達日本人のそのようにな感性を見抜いて行動だったものと思うことにします ながながお読み頂きありがとうございました
