I met Mr. Sato, the Pilsner Urquell tap star, at a beer festival, so I found time to come and have a drink. This shop is small but has a unique and comfortable atmosphere. There are two types of drinks on the menu: Asahi Super Dry and Pilsner Urquell. Furthermore, you can choose from three different pouring methods for Super Dry. There are three types: sharp pour, sugar pour, and matsuo pour, and it's interesting that they all have exquisitely different tastes. I tried all three types this time, and the sharp flavor had a sharp and spicy flavor, the sugar flavor had mellow bubbles, and the matsuo flavor had firm, hermy bubbles and a slightly sweet flavor. Actually, I didn't like Super Dry, but after trying it this time, I started to like it a lot. If I have a chance to go to Ginza again, I'll definitely go and drink the light and delicious Super Dry!
