ランチのパエリアメニューは全部で4種類。
・魚介とウニ、イベリコ豚のMIXパエリア
・大山鶏と季節野菜のパエリア
・魚介のパエリア
・イカ墨のパエリア
となっており、「魚介とウニ、イベリコ豚のMIXパエリア」は銀座店限定メニューのため気になったのだが、個人的にイカ墨が結構好みだったので、今回は「イカ墨のパエリア」をチョイス。
登場したのは、ちょうど良いサイズ感の一人用のパエリア。
他店だと2人前〜というお店も少なくないパエリアだが、こちらのお店では1人前から注文することができるという嬉しい配慮。
イカ墨をたっぷりと使用したパエリアは、魚介の旨味が米一粒一粒に詰まったものとなっており、美味しい。
米はそれほど硬すぎることなく、程よい食べ応え。
具材も豊富で、メインとなるイカの他にも、アサリやムール貝といった魚介系が入っている。
味わいは美味しいと思ったが、やや熱さが足りてないと感じ、提供後早いタイミングで冷めてしまっていた。
もう少し熱々の状態で提供してくれてもいいかと。
【まとめ】
「東急プラザ銀座」の10階レストランフロアに位置する「Bar Espanol LA BODEGA 銀座店」さん。
こちらのお店はパエリアを中心としたスペイン料理を展開するレストランで、2016年3月にオープンした。
ここ銀座の他にも、渋谷、丸の内、池袋、名古屋、大阪、博多と全国にも展開をしている。
この日は休日の13:00に訪問。
店内は満席となっており、5組ほどの待ち行列が。
20分ほど待って入店することができた。
店内はスペインのバルをイメージしたような開放的で活気のある雰囲気となっており、スペインらしく情熱を感じる。
銀座はランチタイムはどこも混み合うので、こちらのお店も例に漏れず混み合うことが予想されるが、銀座の中でも特にリーズナブルな方ではあると思うので、多少の待ち時間を許容できるなら候補に入れてみる価値はあるかと。
