「銀座駅」より直ぐ、「東急プラザ銀座」１１階にある「御膳房 Garden」に伺いました。
店内はかなり広く、照明、壁、アクセントクロスなどの使い方はプチバブリー感があって、落ち着きはしませんが、面白いなと感じました。
今回いただいたメニューは以下の内容になります。

○車エビの雲南カクテル仕立て
○キャビア付きペキンダック
○御前房キノコ火鍋
○水晶海老餃子
○ゴマ風味タンタン麺
○ブラックチャーハン
食べてみて印象深かったものは…
『火鍋』食べる前に説明をしてくださったのですが、覚えきれませんでした。写真を見ていただくと見たこともないピンクやらトゲっぽいキノコがありました。烏骨鶏ベースにしていただきましたが、食べやすかったです。
『ブラックチャーハン』真っ黒な塊が目の前にでフランベされて提供されます。黒はイカスミの色。食べるとしっかりチャーハンです。
なかなか見栄えのする面白いお店でした。
