2023年11月のとある平日11時過ぎに訪ねた。
銀座駅から徒歩2分ほどの場所にある東急プラザ銀座11階にある中華レストラン「御膳房 東急プラザ銀座店」。
広々として落ち着いた雰囲気の店内には先客なし。
カウンター席に案内されて1人で座る。深く座れる幅のある良い椅子。
ランチメニューから「五目つゆそば」¥1,500を注文する。
10分ほど待って料理が提供される。
具沢山の五目つゆそば、サラダ、ライス、漬物の組み合わせ。
胡麻ドレッシングがかかったサラダをつまんでから五目つゆそばを味わう。細麺と甘みのある醤油スープをベースに五目餡を堪能する。
帆立、海老、イカ、豚肉、うずらの卵に高級感のある野菜を合わせた五目餡は満足度が高い。キクラゲ、マコモダケ、フクロタケ、クワイなど食感の良い野菜が嬉しい。
海老は程好く油通ししており、良いサイズで食感が心地好い。イカ、帆立も含めて海鮮は良い鮮度でリッチな味わいが楽しめる。
サラダとキムチ的な漬物をつまみながらライスを食べる。コクを感じる甘めの醤油スープとライスの組み合わせが実に良い。
しっかりとボリュームのある五目つゆそばを完食すると程好い満足感があった。肉、海鮮、野菜を良いバランスで味わうことが出来る見事な中華そばを堪能した。
落ち着いて高級感のある雰囲気の中で食事をすることが出来る「御膳房」。1,500円という値段以上の満足感は確実にあるランチ。東急プラザポイントで支払うことが出来て更にお得であった。
