I visited Gozenbo Tokyu Plaza Ginza branch for the first time after reading the catchphrase ``Recover from fatigue, beautify your skin, and eat esthetics'' and booked the ``Yunnan Mushroom Hot pot Lunch Special Course.''・Assortment of seasonal appetizers...Three types of appetizers are beautifully arranged, yet very elegant and small in size.・Today's dish... Stir-fried chicken with chili sauce?・Yunnan mushroom Hot pot ・Homemade Dim sum...shrimp shumai ・Homemade rice noodles or zoni...it was zosui.・Today's dessert was almond tofu. At the beginning of the mushroom Hot pot, you are shown a plate of mushrooms, and it is so beautiful that it is a sight to behold. The waiter places the pot on the nearby table and prepares it for you in a bowl. It doesn't include everything on the mushroom menu, so it's fun to compare the mushrooms you pick up with chopsticks and the menu, and it's full of health and deliciousness. After pouring it into the bowl a couple of times, it will turn into porridge. This porridge was beautiful, luxurious, and delicious. Everything from the appetizers to the almond tofu was elegant and delicious. Best of all, I was able to enjoy the luxury of being able to have lunch in a luxurious restaurant.
