週末ということもあり、銀座周辺がどこも混雑しており、お店の予約をしていなかったため難民に。
たまたまこちらがネットで空いていたので訪問。席数78席とかなりの大箱。
個室に団体の方もいて、店内はにぎわっていました。
和食のルーツでもある、雲南料理と北京ダックが名物の薬膳キノコ鍋専門店とのこと。
薬膳キノコ鍋を食べてないのであれですが、、他の料理はう～ん、、という感想。
小籠包は味は普通ですが、出てきたときには冷めている。
酢豚はほぼ衣？（揚げドーナツのような衣）で豚がめちゃくちゃ小さく、衣の油がきつい。
五目チャーハンは食べる場所によって甘い。なにかの香辛料だと思いますが、普通のチャーハンが食べたい…
パラパラ系ではなく、べったりしているような、こちらもオイリー。
お酒1杯づつ飲んで2名で1,5万円ほど。
コスパも大してよくはない。。東急プラザ価格なのか？
薬膳キノコ鍋がうりのようなので、こちらはおいしいのかな。。。
今後行くことは無さそうですが、もし再訪する場合は薬膳キノコ鍋にします。
