銀座の夜景と本格タイ料理
本日は仕事仲間と3980円（税抜）3時間飲み放題コースにて宴会。東急プラザ銀座の10階に良いお店を発見です。
窓際に案内。眺め良しです。飲み放題のビールはアサヒスーパードライでシンハーにする場合は＋500円。勿論しません。タイ料理店の本格か否かの目安と私が勝手に思っている、メコンウイスキーもこちらはあります。タイボールという名のハイボールのウイスキー、正にメコンの味。
まずは前菜3種。生春巻に蒸し鶏、あと一品は失念だけど、スタートから鮮やか。ヤムウンセンは彩り良く、具材多め。海老もしっかり。
トムヤムポテトはトムヤムクンパウダーがかかった普通のフライドポテトだけど、つなぎのツマミには丁度良い。
白身魚のフリッターにチリソースをかけてますが、衣多めでボリューム有り。
トムヤムクンは具材少なめで寂しいけど、出汁はしっかりしていて旨い。酸っぱくてしっかり辛い。
ガイヤーンはしっかり焼かれてパリッと皮目。この皮はタイより旨いかも。照り焼きな感じ。甘辛いチリソースともぴったり。
選べる締めはパッタイを。食べやすく王道のパッタイ。
デザートはタピオカココナッツミルク。タピオカはこうでないと。
ビールのジョッキはキンキンに凍っているし、場所は綺麗だし、申し分のないタイ料理。また来ます。
ごちそうさまでした。

GO TO EATでランチしようと前日に妻に提案。タイ料理が食べたいとの事で探して、以前訪問したこちらを訪問です。
1580円（税抜）で選べるメイン一品に食べ放題とドリンクが付いているコースにしました。ちょっと割高だけど、数寄屋橋の東急プラザですから場所は最高です。
お店に着いて、まずメインとドリンク選びます。また、予約の場合はスパークリングワイン（当日なら+300円）かラッシー（同様に+150円）が無料で付いてきます。
メインはガパオライスやタイ風汁麺、パッタイなど。私はガパオライスに妻はパッタイです。
ドリンクはコーラ、ジンジャーエール、パインジュース、ジャスミン茶など。私はジンジャーエール、妻は温かいジャスミン茶に。
まずはランチセットの前菜盛り合わせが一皿で。ヤムウンセン（タイ風春雨サラダ）、もやしのナムル、ガイヤーン（タイ風ローストチキン）。どれも食べ放題メニューに入っているけどどのくらい来るのだろうと心配です。ヤムウンセンは程よい辛さでさっぱり美味しいですね。卓上に3種の調味料（唐辛子、ナンプラー、砂糖）が無いのも今の時期なら止むを得ないですが、これなら不要です。美味しかったので、ヤムウンセンとガイヤーンを追加しました。
スパークリングワインも辛めでさっぱり。タイ料理に合います。
食べ放題のサラダはこれらにトムヤムポテトサラダでした。
ガパオライスの目玉焼きがこんがり揚げ焼きで、本格的で香ばしさも味です。パクチーも程よく、辛みも爽やかですね。
食べ放題のグリーンカレーは茶碗半分くらいの一口サイズなので2回頼みました。ココナッツと青唐辛子、ジャスミンライスの香りが美味しいです。
ジンジャーエールもたっぷりめのグラスで満足度が高いですね。
イカのフリットをタイ風オーロラソースでしたが、マヨネーズ強すぎかな。
タピオカのデザートまで中々満足できました。
強いて言うなら、店内のBGMがタイというより、ジャマイカンでちょっと。こだわり過ぎかな。
ごちそうさまでした。後日ポイントが戻ってくるのかな。
