きちんと冷やされたシャンパン。
今日は気分と同じハッピーな色味のロゼを選んでみました。
キャビアという素材に単体で向き合う事って中々ない。
風味が損なわれないように用意された貝殻で作られたスプーン
わざわざ食べる時にカトラリーの素材まで気にする食材。
口に入れた時に広がる魚卵の風味は、私レベルでは唯一無二とは思えませんが
非日常に、こんな経験もたまには良いですね。
場所柄か購入していく方が頻繁に訪れるのが驚き。
皆さん普段から親しんでいるのですね…
自分も明日からキャビア生活始めようかな笑笑
