I wanted to try Hermitage BIN95 2018, a high-class wine from Austrian Penfolds, so I went to Grand Marche immediately after learning about it on Instagram. After uncorking, argon gas is injected to prevent oxidation, but the sooner the better. If you buy a full bottle, it costs 132,000 yen, but 50ml costs 5,500 yen. In other words, they offer it cheaply. (That said, it's expensive) You can charge the store's prepaid card and buy 10ml of the wine you want from the wine server. The wine is made by gathering the best Shiraz from multiple fields, blending it, and fermenting and aging it in American oak barrels. Very powerful with a long aftertaste.
