銀座一丁目駅8番出口より徒歩0分の銀座トレシャス11F。
1954年(昭和29年)創業の老舗中国料理店「天津飯店」の姉妹店です。
平日昼の訪問12時
お店は程々の入り。
予約でいっぱいな時もあります。
平日ランチメニューは1800円からあります。
本日のチャーハンを注文。1800円。
程なくしてスープが提供されます。
香港式な薬膳スープで具材は季節などで変わります。
基本的に滋味深く旨みもあって余計な塩気もなくとても美味しい。
この日のスープは干しダコの旨味が良かった。
チャーハン提供。
料理人が何人かいるからなのかタイミングによってややブレがあるのですが、
下ブレでも十分美味しくパーフェクト状態ならば
油切れ良くパラパラに炒め上げられていて無類の美味しさ。
この日は塩鮭のチャーハンのようで、
パーフェクト状態(自分の中で)の物。
程よい塩気と鮭の香りが香ばしいとても美味しいチャーハン。
割と量があるんですが物足りないくらい美味しい。
デザートはマンゴープリンです。
昔はクリームなど載ってましたが最近は無くなったようです。
安定して美味しい。
パラパラ炒飯がお好きであればおすすめです。
