金曜の晩、ビジネスパートナーのお誘いで初訪。
瓶ビールで乾杯しコーススタート。
前菜5種盛合せは、綺麗な彩り。
鴨と貝が特に美味しいですね。
小籠包は2つ。
適度に熱々なスープ、具材も美味しい。
フカヒレスープは絶品！
貝柱も入っていて美味しい。
もっと量が欲しいですね（笑）
ローストダックも美味しいです。
骨が付いていて若干食べずらいですが、
手づかみでいただきました。
大振りの海老のガーリック蒸し。
ニンニクがしっかりと効いた美味いヤツ！
酢豚は柔らかく、甘酸っぱいタレとのバランスが良いです。
蟹味噌入りの海鮮チャーハンは絶品！
パラパラしたチャーハン、
お腹がいっぱいですが、もっと食べられそう！
デザートのマンゴープリンまで美味しく完食！
ビール、紹興酒で全て美味しくいただきました。
