東銀座の個室中華 銀座夜市おすすめです♪
今日は東銀座にあります。個室中華、銀座夜市さんへ初訪問でした。東銀座から徒歩5分位の場所にあります。
お店は地下1階にあり、完全個室、飲み放題付きのコースで5500円です。コース料理は一品一品が小分けで提供され、全て私的には、美味しい味付けで大満足なコースでした。コスパもとても良いと思います⭕️

夜市名物壺漬けよだれ鶏とシェフお勧め前菜

ファグラ金湯ブラウンスープ（フカヒレ、蟹肉、五目野菜、蟹甲羅に添え）

前菜5種の壷漬けよだれ鷄のソースがとても美味しい！
何を付けても美味しくなるソースです♪
蟹のスープもこれまたとても良い！味が良いとしか表現できないのですが、同席者もみんな絶賛でした。
北京ダック、エビチリ、黒酢酢豚と続き
シメは炒飯か汁なし坦々麺でした。
炒飯はシラス卵炒飯で何の変哲も無い見た目ですが、隠し味に梅しそが入っていてその塩梅が秀逸すぎる
これだけでも食べに来たい！逸品でした。
汁なし坦々麺は普通のお味、杏仁豆腐でシメでした。
価格、雰囲気、個室、美味しさ、全て合格点のバランス良い良きお店でした♪再訪ありです♪

Today I'm revisiting Ginza Night Market, a Chinese Cuisine in Ginza. I've been there before and it was delicious, so I went again. Course meal, 6,500 yen with all-you-can-drink included. All the food was delicious, but it didn't have the same impact as last time. Overall it was delicious, but I didn't feel like there was much on the menu that was delicious.
