コースにするか悩みましたが、初めて伺ったお店なので、単品でいただきました！
先ずはビールにカクテキともつのトマト煮込み
この煮込みが、めちゃくちゃ美味しかったです！
想像していたもつ煮ではなくまるでビーフシチュー
それが500円です。
素晴らしい^_^ビーフシチューみたいなお肉の上にはプルプルのモツがのっていて下にペンネが敷いてありました！最高✨
こちらだけお目当てにカウンターでもあれば1人で飲みに行きたいくらいの満足度と美味しさ
ランチがあれば白米に乗せて食べたい！
テイクアウト出来るならしたい！最高✨
焼肉のお値段はピンキリです。
リーズナブルなお値段のお肉からシャトーブリアンまでありました♪
残念ながら、この日はシャトーブリアンの仕入れがないとの事で、その下のヒレをいただきましたが
めちゃくちゃ美味しく久しぶりに良いお肉の香り嗅いだ感じ。2切れで2500円だったかな
高級フレンチの最後に出てくるステーキと思えば高くないですね。
ホールに男性3人いらして、1人がとてもお肉に詳しくて、好きなタイプのお肉を話したら1000円とか500円の赤身をオススメしてくれる所もとっても好感持てて良かったです！紳士！笑
タレは、ちょっと薄いくらいですがお肉そのものを味わうなら良いかもですが、やはりちょっと薄口です。
お酒呑みながらだと…
生タン塩もそうでした。
塩が薄い…
普段、薄味の私がそう感じたので
せっかくのタン塩(2800円くらい)勿体ないので
お塩頂いたら、ちゃんどピンク色のお塩くれました
さすが！
まだお伺いしたいお店
一つ言うならば、呼んでも来てくれないのは
聞こえてないんです。
ブザーとかあったら良いですね^_^
銀座がこんなに焼肉屋さんが増えるとは20年前

思ってもみませんでしたが、、
最近だと好きな焼肉屋さん候補になりました！

現在感動したもつ煮はメニューにないそうです。
なのでまた伺う事はなくなりました。残念
