いつ見ても行列の花山うどんさん。行列の長さに尻込みしてしまい横を素通りするばかりでしたが、夕方５時半、夜の開店３０分前に通りかかると行列は１５人ほど。"えいやぁ"で列に加わりましたが、開店までには、いつも通りの長蛇の列に・・。なんとか１巡目で席に案内されてラッキー！初訪でもあり、ここはうどん日本一に選ばれた看板の鬼釜と舞茸の天ぷらをオーダー。初めていただく紐かわうどんですが、啜った時の"得も言われぬ滑らかさ"、噛んだ時の"もっちモチ感"、飲み込んだときの"つるりとした喉越しのよさ"・・。啜る、噛む、飲み込む、それぞれの場面での得も言われぬ食感に、思わず"う〜ん美味し"。正直、太っとい"うどん"になんでこんなに並ぶんかいなと思っていましたが、なるほど納得です。いやぁ、美味しかった！ごちそうさまです。
