銀座は社交の街だから、かつてはバーといっても本格的に飲食が出来るところがいくつもあった。代表的なのはセントサワイオリオンズ。ローストビーフが美味しく、バーとしても本格的な店だ。が、そういう場所がこの10年でどんどんとなくなった。
そんな中では新しい部類に入るが、こちらもきちんとした飲食が出来て、バーとしても本格的。冬は鍋まであるというところが面白いが、この日は二次会なので酒のみ。ジンの種類が豊富で、トニックからリッキーまで図解されている。いつものリッキーから始まり、最後はブレンデッドのウィスキーで。これも銀座らしい楽しみ方。
