ろくさん亭などが入るかねまつビル7Fにあります。
焼肉トラジの初代料理長が手がけると言う焼肉レストラン。
以下のランチメニューが気になっての訪問。
焼肉バラちらしとも言える
黒毛和牛と海鮮の宝石箱 2000円を注文。
サラダ・小鉢・炙りユッケ・赤出し・デザート付き。
まずサラダがでます。
朝鮮人参のドレッシングを使用した、
デトックス効果のあるサラダとの事。
食花が入って見た目もよく味も美味しい。
炙りユッケが入ったトロロは
ユッケが香ばしくて美味しい。
小鉢に牛の煮物が出ます。
黒毛和牛と海鮮の宝石箱
焼肉バラちらしのイメージ通りに、
和牛の焼いたものが散らばされている。
香ばしく焼き上げられており美味しいと思う。
他にも蟹・いくら・えび・キャビアなどがのり、
具材の押し出しに負けないよう酢が強めな酢飯。
見た目も楽しく味も美味しいちらしでした。
赤出汁も味噌加減が美味しい。
食後はコーン茶とアイスで一息。
おしぼりは食前食後にそれぞれトラジのものが出ます
肉中心に味が良く満足度出来るバラちらしで、
焼肉も美味しいんだろうなと言う感じでした。
