2023/6/11 銀座でお誕生日のお祝い食事会。
えっ、まだ先なんだけど。そんなことを言いながら招待されたお店がこちら。
諸事情により少し（2ヶ月）早くに、お祝いを兼ねた食事会をやりたい、との要望から。ありがたや。
スペイン料理のこちら。ソムリエ、ソムリエールがワインを勧めてもらえる。
イベリコ豚の足をスライスしていただける。これにはやはりワインが合う。スタートはカヴァで行きます。
泡が綺麗で持ちも良い。キリッと辛口タイプ。
白ワインはアルバリーニョ。食事との相性抜群ですね。
スペインといえばパエリアですが、今回3種のパエリア。
汁ありのパエリアがある、小海老のカルデロ。というのでそれ。
鴨が美味しいというのでそれ。鴨肉とポルチーニ茸のパエリア。
土鍋で炊いたアサリの白いパエリアが前回訪問の方々が良い、というのでそれをお願いした。
確かに土鍋で炊いたアサリの白いパエリアはめちゃ濃厚な貝の味が美味い。
と言いながら食べ過ぎかしら（笑）
コース料理で大満足でした。
