ランチコースでの注文がおすすめ
3回目の来店。ミシュラン ビブグルマンを何年も連続受賞しているだけあって、どの料理も圧倒的に美味しい。今回はアラカルトで注文したが、ランチコースのほうが安かったところが反省点。
注文したものは、生ハムの盛り合わせ、グリーンサラダ、真ダコと黒ニンニクのパエリア、デザートにチーズケーキアイス。
生ハムの盛り合わせは2200円と量に対してやや高いが、肉の旨みが詰まっていてまた食べたいと思わせる味。成城石井ではもう少し安くて量が多いプロシュートやハモンセラーノがあってよく食べるが、これらとはまったく違う味。
グリーンサラダもただのサラダと思っていたら大違い。これだけで酒のつまみになるレベル。ドレッシングが美味しいのか、素材がまったく違うのかまでは分からず、、、
メインのパエリアは言うことなし。肉厚なタコとニンニクがいい感じにマッチしてる。ライスも味が染み込んでいて、本場スペインのパエリアって感じ。
定期的にこのお店には来たい。

今回の素敵な体験では、魅惑的なコース料理を堪能しました。私の食欲をそそる鴨肉のパエリアをオーダーしました。お店は予約で満席だったそうで、その人気の高さがうかがえますね。
最初に運ばれてきたのは、とうもろこしのスープと前菜2種類。とうもろこしのスープは、甘味が程よく感じられ、夏にぴったりの爽やかな一品で、心地よい満足感が広がりました。また、イベリコ豚の生ハムを含む前菜は、素材の味わいを大切にした絶品で、舌が喜ぶ美味しさでした。
鱈の煮込みは、一口食べるとしょっぱさが際立っていました。ただし、その他の点では問題ない仕上がりで、こちらの一点のみが残念でした。
そして、待ちに待ったパエリア。これに関しては言うことはありません。柔らかな鴨肉とポルチーニの香りが、織りなすライスと絶妙な調和を見せ、味覚の楽園へと誘ってくれました。次回来店時にも、まず間違いなくこの素晴らしいパエリアをチョイスしようと考えています。
そして、今回のコース料理にはコスパの良さが光りました。お料理のクオリティと料金のバランスを再確認でき、更なる満足感を得ることができました。
